With past promotional information in hand we created their new promotional plan for 2009.  The primary focus of this plan would be to promote referrals, since they are less costly to acquire and much easier to close, and the secondary focus would be to promote leads.  The goal was to achieve 70% of 2009 revenue through referral-based business therefore leading to a strong return for their marketing dollar.
